Kristen Konstantinidis is Homeward’s Chief Communications Officer, responsible for Homeward’s brand and communications strategy. 

Prior to Homeward, Kristen worked for nearly 20 years at integrated marketing and communications agencies with a focus on healthcare. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and one of the leads of WE Communications’ Health Sector, acting as a strategic force on client accounts and collaborating across sectors to bring nontraditional thinking to her work. Over the course of her career, she has led account teams spanning the technology, biotech, pharmaceutical, health tech, provider and payer industries. Clients have included Pfizer, athenahealth, 3M Health Information Systems, Providence Health Plan, Included Health, Otsuka and Penumbra. 

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, two daughters and German Shepard.
