Jeff Ross is Senior Vice President of Value-Based Care Strategy and Contracting at Homeward and serves as a strategic advisor to health plans as they establish and execute their value-based care strategies.

Prior to joining Homeward, Jeff was Vice President of Payor Contracting at Agilon Health and managed full-risk and global capitation contracting. Before Agilon, Jeff oversaw a $7 billion Medicaid business as VP of Medicaid Product at Healthfirst and grew membership to over 1.3 million lives in the New York City metropolitan area. In addition, Jeff held a number of positions at Clover Health throughout the company’s growth stages, including serving as the company’s General Manager in the Southeast region. 

Jeff began his career at UBS' Principal Finance Group. He received his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
