Brian Vandenberg is General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Homeward. Prior to joining Homeward, Brian served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the American Medical Association (AMA), the largest association of physicians and medical students in the United States.

Before joining the AMA, Brian served as General Counsel at Livongo Health and 7wire Ventures, an early stage, healthcare venture fund. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Allscripts, a leading provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions for physicians. He has also served as General Counsel at Origin Healthcare Solutions and uBid.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University. He and his wife Jamie have three children together. In his free time he enjoys cycling.
