Alexandre (Ale) Thome is a Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Homeward. His technical expertise and product leadership have been instrumental in developing cutting-edge digital health solutions.

His background in investment banking and international market expansion has equipped him with a unique perspective on product strategy & development. In 2014, Ale founded Bind Health to help genetic testing labs offer tests direct-to-consumer where he served as Chief Executive Officer before the company was acquired by PWN Health. As Chief Product Officer at PWN Health, Ale led the development of a pioneer direct-to-consumer genetic testing, which paved the way for the largest online inherited cancer screening program in the US. He also led the development of an integrated virtual care platform at PWN Health, which supported COVID testing for over 50 million people during the pandemic. As Senior Vice President of Product at Everly Health, he led the development of Gaps in Care programs for most of the largest health plans in the United States.
